Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Packages

VESU LABS is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other events outside our control.

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors, household members, or your local carrier before contacting us.

VESU is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.

Returned Packages

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, we reserve the right to charge a reshipping fee or issue a refund excluding original shipping costs.
