30-Day Risk-Free Guarantee

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. If you do not love it, return it for a refund, no questions asked.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be made within 30 days of delivery

  • The product must be returned to us (or to our returns partner)

  • Returns must include all original components, accessories, and packaging when reasonably possible

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Replacement filters and other consumable items, once opened or used

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items (if marked as final sale)

Refund Amount

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or defective

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@govesu.com  with your order number and clear photos. We will make it right with a replacement or refund where appropriate.

How To Start a Return

To start a return, email support@govesu.com   with:

  • Your order number

  • The email used at checkout

  • The item(s) you would like to return

We will send you the next steps and the return instructions.

Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 15 to 20 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.
